Weight loss tips for the week ahead:
Drink more water daily.
Increase fibre intake – more raw vegetables if possible.
Limit Calories. Maybe restrict alcohol consumption to weekends..
Increase minimal exercise to daily, up from every second day.
Reduce meal portions and Increase number of small meals.
